The sale can now be previewed online. The ‘Doors Open’ (virtually) at 6pm this Friday March 20th.

With the current events of Covid 19 we have adapted to bring you our first online estate sale. You will be able to preview and purchase nearly everything in the sale starting Friday March 20th at 6pm. Once you purchase an item(s) you will receive the pick-up address in Seattle (98106). The items will need to be picked up from 8am-4pm Saturday, 9am-4pm Sunday or 9am-Noon on Monday.

We will be able to observe social distancing guidelines throughout the process. Feel free to call or email if you have any questions.

Prices and purchasing will start at 6pm on Friday March 20th and continue until 4pm on Sunday March 22nd.

Pick-Up must be completed during the following hours:

Saturday March 21st from 8am until 4pm

Sunday March 22nd from 9am until 4pm

Monday March 23rd from 9am until Noon

The address will be posted at 6am on Saturday March 21st

A blank sign-up list will be posted at the property at 6am on Saturday to determine the order of entry at 8am the same day.

All lists are self-managed. If there is a problem with the list we will encourage the buyers to work it out among themselves. If you are not present at the time your name is called you will lose your spot on the list.

Doors open at 8am sharp on the first day of the sale (check listing for other days).

We do not charge any fees for credit cards.

You are responsible for loading out your purchases, bring packing materials and a strong back.

We will not have staff to assist with load outs they are needed inside the house.

No pricing is released before the sale.

Video Surveillance will be present during the sale.
